Another large fabrication job has been successfully completed here at MJS Patterns and Moulds Ltd and is now ready for the final stage of surface grinding.

These robust blow mould bolster frames are substantial, heavy-duty components, weighing approximately 1,000kg. Manufactured from high-grade British steel, the material was carefully sourced and fully processed in-house right here in the Midlands.

The project required a high level of precision throughout. Our skilled team carried out detailed welding and exacting assembly to meet the tight tolerances demanded by the application. Every joint, surface, and alignment was carefully monitored to ensure the frames deliver the structural integrity and reliability required for industrial blow moulding operations.
