At MJS Patterns & Moulds Ltd, we keep up to date with the latest technology and invest appropriately in new equipment and staff training. This enables us to offer our customers a wide range of services, including CNC, Blow / Rotational moulding tools for the plastic moulding industries, one-off CNC parts, and CNC model making made from various materials, including aluminium, steel, model board, etc.

Our experienced metal machinists have access to CAD/CAM stations and two large-scale CNC milling machines up to 1.9m bed size and are ready to take on any challenge.

Keeping up to date with CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery has impacted positively on reducing lead times, improved accuracy, and surface finishing on all our tooling.

Our design team enables us to produce tool drawings around the customer's product. We can provide 3D CAD designs and prototypes to ensure that your requirements are achieved during the process.

We use the latest tools and technology to offer cutting-edge solutions for blow moulding and roto moulding design, offering a consistently high-quality service. We maintain various CAD/CAM systems to meet our customer's individual design needs.

We have the facility and expertise to create models to our customers' requirements to support them in the designing process or for visual models for exhibitions. MJS uses modelling techniques for the cast tooling process.

We produce one-off CNC parts and rotational / blow moulding tooling using a vast range of materials sourced from UK suppliers, ensuring the highest standard. We offer texturing services for the tool surface to meet your requirements. We specialise in complex machining and produce multi-part tooling, including thread forms, inserts, and loose pieces.
