Rotational Mould Tooling Services

MJS has had the opportunity to produce a vast amount of rotational moulding and blow moulding tools, small and large, for the plastics industry, including the largest plastic moulders in the UK, of which we are very proud.

We endeavour to offer guidance and advice while working alongside our customers to produce their tools/tooling.

We offer both CNC and cast aluminium tooling. Tools made at MJS are all completed in-house, thus impacting cost and delivery times. Only materials sourced from UK suppliers are used in the production of our tooling.

We can take existing tooling, new or old, to modify or refurbish to meet customer requirements.

We have been involved in numerous tooling projects that needed modifications or complete refurbishment. These have varied from cutting new inserts into tooling, re-cutting tooling, new surface texturing etc, all working towards giving an old tool a new lease of life.

We can apply various textures and finishes to the tool surface to meet our customer's requirements. We have our own surface texturing booth, which can accommodate large tooling, and we can also produce jigs to your specifications. MJS can also offer Tig and Mig welding for aluminium and steel, enabling us to fabricate parts for tooling in-house.
